  • My ancestral healing session with Jen was profound & very enlightening. At first, as she described the situation she was perceiving, I was curious to know more about the story of the woman she was depicting. Then, I became much more emotionally connected to her struggles & regrets, to her wound. Even though we don't share the same situation, I felt a lot of compassion for her. She transmitted a message & it surprisingly touched me more than I expected -- she's a stranger to me after all. After the session, Jen was there to listen to my impressions & she helped me see some unconscious fears I'm carrying in my life currently, some patterns & limiting thoughts I needn't perpetuate.
